 CONSERVATION PERIODS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

For example, if you contacted us to ask for documentation, we will conserve your personal data for 3 years. Another example is, if you signed up for our newsletter, we will archive, delete or make your data anonymous 3 years after the last time you clicked on a link from one of our newsletters. 

Before deleting your personal information, we will send you an email to offer you the chance to allow us to keep emailing you our newsletter.

Your personal data can also be archived for a longer period of time in our Intermediate archiving database (without us being able to email you) to meet any obligation or if this information is necessary to provide evidence relating to the law or any contract.  

When your personal data is no longer needed, we will make sure it is deleted or made anonymous.
